United States Space Command faced a complex leadership and operational environment, managing over 17,000 personnel across critical national security functions. The organization needed a strategic leader to drive innovation, enhance coordination, and align cross-functional teams while maintaining mission readiness and expanding global partnerships.

OUR APPROACH

S2’s Founder, Scott H. Stalker, was hand-selected to serve as the Senior Advisor to the 4-Star Commander (Chief Operating Officer). In this role, he provided high-level counsel on operations, intelligence, and organizational strategy, while leading initiatives focused on:
