WHO AM I
I proudly served as the first and only Marine to hold the esteemed position of Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the Defense Intelligence Agency, United States Cyber Command, and the National Security Agency. Concluding my distinguished career, I also had the honor of serving
as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for United States Space Command, once again marking a historic first for Marines in this critical role.
I completed my BA in Intelligence Analysis and MS in Cybersecurity, complemented by a leadership program at Harvard University. Additionally, I graduated from the Secretary of
Defense Strategic Thinkers Program CAPSTONE at Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
